NOTICE:
Earlier today, the Executive Council voted in favor of holding a Special Election to fill the vacated Derry
State Representative seat. The filing period for anyone interested in running will be August 23 – August
27. Interested candidates may file with the Derry Town Clerk’s office on Monday August 23 and Tuesday
August 24 only, during our regular office hours of 8AM to 4PM. Candidates may also file with the NH
Secretary of State’s office during the full filing period of August 23 – August 27.
