Republican Senate candidate William Gannon has won the race for Senate District 23, defeating incumbent Jon Morgan.
Gannon expressed gratitude in a statement posted on his Facebook page on Nov. 4.
“We achieved victory! Thank you New Hampshire! To my family, friends and supporters, including our outstanding Governor Chris Sununu, thank you for all of your efforts! I want to thank Senator Jon Morgan for a spirited campaign and for his service to our state. I’m looking forward to getting back to work for the people of this district in the State Senate!”
