Wason Pond Water Advisory Cancelled

0Comments

Tests performed by Granite State Analytical late last week showed that the previously elevated levels of E.coli bacteria at Wason Pond have subsided and are now well below acceptable levels (7.3 MPN/100mL where the standard is 88 MPN/100mL).

The water is once again suitable for wading and swimming.  The most recent water sample results are available at: https://www.chesternh.org/wason-pond-conservation-recreation-commission .
