Town of Chester issued the following announcement on April 5.

In order to comply with RSA 36:47 – section II, which requires a periodical update of housing needs, the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission is currently involved in a coordinated effort with other New Hampshire planning commissions to perform Regional Housing Needs Assessments in every region across the state.  You can help, if interested, by completing one of their surveys:  the resident survey, or the business owner survey.
