The Pennichuck Corporation will hold its Annual Meeting of Sole Shareholder at 9:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Pennichuck’s Distribution Facility, 16 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, New Hampshire.  This meeting is open to the public.
