PORTSMOUTH–The Service CU Impact Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit charity arm of Service Credit Union, is thrilled to announce it will be hosting its Second Annual Spring Gala presented by CUNA Mutual on the evening of Friday, May 12, 2023. The gala, which will be held at Jimmy’s Jazz Club in Portsmouth, will raise money to help New Hampshire’s homeless population.

Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine, host of Food Network’s hit show “Restaurant: Impossible,” will join the event to prepare an unforgettable meal. Singer John Vincent will cover music from legends such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Louis Armstrong and more.

The Service CU Impact Foundation is partnering with more than a dozen shelters across the state to raise money to make updates to their facilities, such as ensuring they are ADA compliant.

“The Service CU Impact Foundation is committed to helping the housing crisis in New Hampshire. Every dollar raised from this event will go toward critical updates to shelters across New Hampshire to serve the state’s growing homeless population, so that those who are housing insecure will feel safe using shelter space if they need it,” said David Araujo, President/Chair of the Service CU Impact Foundation and President-CEO of Service Credit Union.

The Service CU Impact Foundation is grateful for support from its presenting sponsor, CUNA Mutual.
