To join and get the Zoom link, please call Kelsey at 603-437-8477 x114. Parent and facilitator driven group with topics, conversation and support to help families raise healthy and productive teens.
Discussion topics may include:Anxiety, boundaries, communication, depression, divorce, goals, school, self care, trust, and other issues that you may be experiencing. This group is a free service from the Upper Room's Adolescent Wellness Program
