Strawbery Banke Museum presents 2022 Vintage & Vine Star Chefs, Restaurant, and Wine Partners

PORTSMOUTH—Strawbery Banke announces the 2022 star chefs, restaurant, and wine partners for Vintage & Vine – A Wine Festival in Historic Style on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022. Attendees sample wines from distributors and wineries and taste innovative bites by greater Seacoast restaurants against the backdrop of the Museum’s historic houses and heirloom gardens. The event is a major fundraiser with proceeds benefiting Strawbery Banke’s ongoing preservation and education efforts.

“Strawbery Banke partners with knowledgeable wineries and distributors as well as incredible restaurants and top chefs for a one-of-a-kind wine festival in historic style,'' said Robyn Aldo, Vintage & Vine Event Chair and Strawbery Banke Trustee. “Vintage & Vine is not to be missed and showcases the Museum at its finest.”

Wine brokers are active participants and provide visitors with tasting notes and suggestions, as well as sell wines at a special discount valid only at the event. 

Visitors sample wines from Horizon Beverage, The Imported Grape, LLC, Perfecta Wine Company, PSP Wines of NH, LLC, and Uncorked Wine & Spirits of New England as well as Baystate Wine and Spirits, Blue Heron Wines, Centeur Imports LLC, Flag Hill Winery & Distillery, Fortius Wines, LaBelle Winery, SHARA Vineyards, Pine State Beverage, and Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits of New England. 

Star chefs will be preparing food onsite in addition to the dozens of Seacoast restaurants offering innovative culinary favorites to attendees. 

2022 Vintage & Vine Star chefs are:

  • Ben Hasty - Executive Chef at the Atlantic Grill
  • Brendan Vesey - Chef/Owner of Botanica Restaurant & Gin Bar 
  • Paul Serrano - Chef/Founder of Chez Paul Cookery 
Participating restaurants include 110 Grill, Anju Noodle Bar, Annabelle's Ice Cream, The Atlantic Grill, Beach Pea Baking Co., Botanica Restaurant & Gin Bar, BRGR Bar, Ceres Bakery, The Clipper Tavern, Cup of Joe, Cure, Dwyer's Pub, Enna Chocolate, Figtree Kitchen and Catering, HONG Asian Noodle Bar, La Belle Chocolate/Chocolate by Sparrow, La Carreta Mexican Restaurant, Lil's Cafe, Martingale Wharf, The One Hundred Club, Portsmouth Brewery, Portsmouth Feed Company, The Railpenny Tavern, Ristorante Massimo, Rooftop at the Envio, The Rosa Restaurant, SALT Kitchen & Bar, Sol, Tinos Kitchen + Bar, Toscana Italian Chophouse & Wine Bar, Thirsty Moose Taphouse, Tuscan Market, Two-Fifty Market, Wicked Mini Donuts, and The Wilder.

Tickets are going fast for Vintage & Vine. VIP tickets, which allow guests to enter at 4 p.m. and circulate the entire site as well as the designated VIP tent, sold out during the member pre-sale period. General Admission tickets allow guests to enter at 5 p.m. and are $85 per person (designated driver general admission tickets are $35). The event comes to a close at 7:30 p.m. Strawbery Banke members receive a discount on tickets.
