Being The City of the Open Door means living up to the promises of keeping our doors open to every member of this community. " Full Proclamation:

Rep. Pappas thanked everyone for joining to celebrate the occasion. Also attending were City Manager Karen Conard, DPW Director Peter Rice, members of the Portsmouth City Council Kate Cook and Beth Moreau, and Hershey Hischkop, executive director of Seacoast Outright.
