Of the 1,015 people living in Seabrook Beach in 2019, 50.4 percent (512) were women and 49.6 percent (503) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockingham Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 292-to-245. In the 65 and over age range, there were 203 females and 192 males.
