Cost of college went up for all students at Continental Academie of Hair Design-Hudson

Tuition and fees rose 2.6 percent for 2018-19 at Continental Academie of Hair Design-Hudson, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New Hampshire students paid $19,399 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $500 more than the $18,899 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 76 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 18 students received grants or scholarships totaling $76,227 and 26 students took out student loans totaling more than $141,251.

Including all undergraduates (36), 26 students used grants or scholarships totaling $106,505, and 31 students took out $204,443 in federal student loans.
