Rep. Jim Guzofski Jr., a public official from New Hampshire, used his social media account on September 21 and 22, 2025, to comment on a recent shooting incident in the state and the response by the Attorney General.
On September 21, Guzofski posted a message about the impact of gun violence in New Hampshire: “One man is dead. Two more were shot. Families are shattered.
Yet our AG downplays the shooter’s words as “just trying to create chaos.” That kind of casual tone is alarming. The people of NH deserve seriousness and clarity in the face of violence.” This statement was made following an incident that resulted in one fatality and two injuries.
Earlier that day, Guzofski shared a link without additional commentary: “https://t.co/dyRzL47xNE”. On September 22, he posted another message consisting only of multiple thinking face emojis along with a link: ” https://t.co/CNjl3mBQsD”.
Gun violence remains a significant concern across New Hampshire and the United States. Elected officials often use social media platforms to communicate their views and call for accountability from law enforcement authorities after such incidents.
