Recycling Center Offers Credit Card Prepayment On Bulky Waste Fees
0Comments

Starting immediately, the City of Portsmouth Recycling Center is able to process payments online, in advance, by credit card. Previously, payments were by check, only.

The new system allows residents to prepay for any items requiring a fee for disposal – both items they bring to the Recycling Center and curbside bulky waste items they can schedule DPW to collect. Now, by going to this page on the City website, residents can process their payment online. Curbside pickup is scheduled once the fee is paid. For items residents bring to the Recycling Center at 680 Peverly Hill Road themselves, they need only bring the receipt from the online payment to the Recycling Center to show the fee was paid.
